Withdraw from your membership contract

You don't need to sign in or give a reason. Enter your name and the email address of your Aeré Club account, check the details on the next page and confirm.

You can withdraw within 14 days of subscribing. You get back what you paid, to the payment method you used, within 14 days of our receiving your withdrawal. If you asked for the membership to start straight away, we keep the part for the days up to your withdrawal. The rules are in section 5.5 of the Terms of use.
