1. Service provider and definitions

1.1 Service provider

  1. The Aeré Club service is provided by YNS, a sole trader (indywidualna działalność gospodarcza) registered in the Polish Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG), with its place of business at ul. Dywizjonu AK Jeleń 4, 00-712 Warszawa, Poland, NIP 9512584486, VAT ID PL9512584486, REGON 527170010 ("we", "us"). Aeré Club is our trading name.
  2. You can contact us by email at support@aereclub.com or by post at the address above. We do not offer contact by telephone. Section 16 lists our other email addresses.

1.2 Definitions

In these Terms:

  • Account means your user account on the Website;
  • Business Customer means a customer who is not a Consumer;
  • Consumer means a natural person who concludes the agreement for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession, and any other person whom the law of the country of their habitual residence protects as a consumer in relation to this agreement (in Poland, in particular, a sole trader concluding an agreement that is not of a professional nature for them);
  • Deal means a fare published through the Service;
  • Membership means a paid subscription to the Plus or Pro plan;
  • Partner means a third party, such as a blogger or a publication, that recommends the Service under a written agreement with us;
  • Pricing Page means the page at aereclub.com/pricing;
  • Service means the Website, the deal alerts we send by email and, if you connect it, through Telegram, and the other functions described in these Terms;
  • Website means aereclub.com.

1.3 Conclusion of the agreement

  1. The agreement for the free Service is concluded when you create an Account and accept these Terms. A Membership agreement is concluded when you complete the payment at checkout.
  2. You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity.
  3. These Terms are available free of charge at aereclub.com/terms in a form that can be saved and printed. The purchase confirmation email links the version of these Terms you accepted, which we keep available unchanged.
  4. The agreement for the free Service is concluded for an indefinite period. A Membership is concluded for the billing period chosen at checkout (one month or one year) and renews under clause 5.3.

2. The Service

  1. The Service publishes information about unusually low fares in business and first class. Deals are selected automatically on the basis of publicly available fare information.
  2. Your choice of home airports and destinations determines which published Deals are shown or sent to you.
  3. The Service covers only routes between cities at least 1,400 km apart, measured along the Earth's surface. A destination closer than that to every one of your home airports cannot be selected.
  4. Deal alerts are sent by email and, if you connect Telegram, through our Telegram bot.

2.1 Deals

  1. A Deal is information about a fare that was available when we checked it. It is not an offer, a reservation or a guarantee that the fare will be available when you try to book it.
  2. We do not guarantee that a Deal is still available, that the price, taxes, surcharges and fees at booking match what we displayed, that any number of Deals will be published, or that a Deal suits your travel plans.
  3. The booking link of a Deal opens a search on an external flight search website for the route, travel month and cabin of the Deal. The results and prices shown there come from that website and may differ from the Deal.
  4. Where we detect that a fare may be an airline pricing error, we mark it. An airline may cancel a ticket issued at an error fare, including after payment. If you book such a fare, you bear that risk.

2.2 Bookings

  1. We do not sell flights, accept bookings or payments for flights, or issue tickets, and we are not a travel agent or tour operator.
  2. A booking is a contract between you and the airline or booking site, on its terms. Cancellations, changes, refunds, delays, denied boarding, baggage and similar matters are governed by that contract.
  3. You are responsible for checking passport, visa and entry requirements.

3. Account

  1. Using the Service requires a current web browser that accepts cookies, an internet connection and an email address at which you can receive mail. Purchasing a Membership also requires JavaScript, because the payment form is provided by Stripe. The Cookie Policy lists what the browser stores.
  2. You register with an email address and a password, or through Google. The Account can be used once you have confirmed your email address.
  3. Before the account area can be used, you must give your first name, last name and date of birth (passenger details). If the date of birth shows that you are under 18, the registration is refused and the Account is deleted immediately with all data linked to it.
  4. The details you give must be true and your own. You can change your first and last name in the Account settings. To correct your date of birth, write to support@aereclub.com.
  5. Each person may hold one Account. You may not create an Account for another person without their permission, or create several free Accounts to get around the limits of the free plan.
  6. You must keep your login details confidential and tell us at support@aereclub.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
  7. Using services provided by electronic means involves risks such as malicious software, phishing and unauthorised access to accounts. Keeping your software up to date and using a password you do not use elsewhere reduces them.

4. Remuneration and commercial relationships

  1. Our revenue comes from Membership fees.
  2. We receive no payment from airlines, booking sites or flight search websites for publishing a Deal or for your use of a booking link. Booking links carry no affiliate or tracking identifier.
  3. Deals are selected without regard to any payment.
  4. We pay Partners for Memberships taken out through their code or link (clause 5.10).

5. Plans, payment and cancellation

5.1 Plans

  1. The Service is offered on a free plan (Free) and on the paid Plus and Pro plans.
  2. A free Account cannot set preferences. It shows a selection of published Deals with a delay of 24 hours.
  3. The paid plans differ in the number of home airports, the number of tracked destinations and the timing of alerts. On Pro, additional destinations can be purchased. The current limits and prices are stated on the Pricing Page, which forms part of these Terms. The limits that apply to you are shown in the Account settings.
  4. After you change a home airport or a tracked destination, that slot cannot be changed again for 30 days. A change can be corrected within 24 hours.
  5. Section 9(2) applies to a change that materially reduces a paid plan.

5.2 Prices, payment and taxes

  1. Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered in Stripe's payment form and are not received by us. The available payment methods are those shown in the payment form.
  2. The currency depends on the country from which you connect: (a) in the European Union, the European Economic Area and every other country except the United States, prices are in euros (EUR) and the price shown is the total price, including VAT where VAT applies; the price is the same in every country, including EU territories outside the EU VAT area; (b) in the United States and its territories, prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude sales tax, which Stripe calculates from your billing address and adds only where we are registered to collect it. If you pay in USD with a billing address in the EU or the EEA, VAT is added to the USD price. Any tax and the total are shown before you pay.
  3. The Pricing Page may display the other currency; checkout always uses the currency of your country.
  4. The first payment is due when you complete checkout, and each renewal payment at the start of the new billing period.
  5. Whenever we display a reduced price, we also display the lowest price applied in the 30 days before the reduction.
  6. We issue an invoice for every payment. Invoices can be downloaded from Stripe's billing page, which you open from the Account settings.

5.3 Automatic renewal

  1. A Membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price then in force, until it is cancelled.
  2. Before payment, the checkout screen shows next to the payment button the plan, the price, the billing period, that the Membership renews automatically, the renewal price and how to cancel. You consent to the recurring charge by a separate action that is not pre-selected and not combined with acceptance of these Terms.
  3. After the purchase we send you this information by email, with a cancellation link and the model withdrawal form. Where you made the request under clause 5.5(3), the email also confirms it.
  4. For a yearly Membership we send a reminder no earlier than 45 days and no later than 30 days before the renewal, stating that the Membership will renew, the price and how to cancel. If you are a Consumer in France and the reminder does not reach you on time, you may end the renewed Membership at any time free of charge, and we refund the unused part of the period.

5.4 Cancellation and plan changes

  1. You may cancel a Membership at any time without giving reasons: (a) on the cancellation page at aereclub.com/cancel, without signing in, by entering your name and the email address of your Account, choosing an ordinary cancellation or a cancellation for a serious reason, and confirming with the buttons "Cancel contract" and "Cancel now"; (b) in the Account settings, through Stripe's billing page; or (c) by email to support@aereclub.com, stating the email address of your Account.
  2. A cancellation stops the next renewal, and the Membership ends at the end of the paid period. On the cancellation page you may choose a later end date; the Membership then continues until the end of that day (UTC), and the last renewal before it is charged only for the time up to that date. A date before the end of the paid period counts as the end of that period.
  3. A cancellation for a serious reason stops the renewal in the same way as an ordinary cancellation. We then review the reason and reply to the address registered on the Membership.
  4. The cancellation page confirms receipt, stating the content of the declaration and the date and time of receipt, and we send the same confirmation to the email address entered, subject to the exceptions in clause 3.8 of the Privacy Policy. The confirmation does not state whether a Membership was found. If a Membership is held under that address, we confirm its end date to the address registered on the Membership. A declaration we cannot match to a Membership is reviewed by a person.
  5. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current period, except under clause 5.5 or section 10.
  6. You change plan (Plus or Pro, monthly or yearly billing) on the plan-change page in the Account settings, which shows the amount due today and the later charges before you confirm. An upgrade, or a move from monthly to yearly billing on the same plan, takes effect immediately, and the rest of the current period is charged pro rata. A downgrade, and any move from yearly to monthly billing, takes effect at the next renewal, with no charge today. Where the page cannot make a change, for example while a discount is waiting to be used, we make it on request to support@aereclub.com.
  7. Additional destinations (Pro) are added and removed in the Account settings. An addition is charged at once for the rest of the current period and then renews with the plan. A removed destination stops renewing but remains available until the end of the paid period, without a refund, and can be restored free of charge until then. On a move from Pro to Plus, additional destinations end at the renewal. If a plan change starts a new billing period, a destination already removed ends on that day, and the unused part is refunded on request to support@aereclub.com.
  8. You update your card and download invoices on Stripe's billing page.

5.5 Right of withdrawal

  1. A Consumer resident in the European Union (including its outermost regions and the Åland Islands) or in the European Economic Area may withdraw from a Membership agreement within 14 days without giving reasons and without costs other than those in paragraph 3. A Consumer resident in the United Kingdom has the same right under the law of the United Kingdom; this clause sets out how it is exercised with us.
  2. The period begins on the day after the agreement is concluded and ends when the 14th day has ended everywhere in the world. If the 14th day is a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday in Poland or in the country of your billing address, the period ends at the end of the next day that is none of these. A longer period under the law of your country prevails.
  3. Before you pay for a Membership, checkout asks you to request expressly that the Service starts during the withdrawal period, and to acknowledge that if you then withdraw, you pay for the Service supplied up to the moment we receive your withdrawal. A Membership cannot be bought without this request, and the Service starts only after you make it. Starting the Service does not end your right of withdrawal. If you made the request and withdraw, you pay an amount proportionate to the price for the Service supplied up to the moment we receive your withdrawal. For each payment made under the agreement, we refund the amount paid multiplied by the number of days of that payment's billing period still remaining when we receive your withdrawal, divided by the number of days in that period; a day that has started counts as remaining, and the refund is rounded half up to the smallest unit of the currency. The rest of that payment is the amount you pay. If no such request was made for your Membership (we did not ask for one on purchases made before 1 November 2026), nothing is due for the Service supplied before the withdrawal.
  4. You may withdraw: (a) on the withdrawal page at aereclub.com/withdraw, without signing in, by entering your name and the email address of your Account and confirming with the buttons "Withdraw from contract" and "Confirm withdrawal"; (b) by email to support@aereclub.com, stating the email address of your Account and the date of purchase; or (c) by deleting your Account within the period (section 10). You may use the model withdrawal form sent with the purchase confirmation, but any clear statement is sufficient. The withdrawal is in time if it is sent before the period ends.
  5. The withdrawal page confirms receipt, stating the date and time of receipt, and we send the same confirmation to the email address entered, subject to the exceptions in clause 3.8 of the Privacy Policy.
  6. After a withdrawal by email we end the Membership once we have matched the withdrawal to it. A withdrawal by deleting the Account ends the Membership immediately. A withdrawal sent on the withdrawal page that we match to a Membership is carried out 48 hours after receipt. On receipt we send the address registered on the Membership a notice stating when the withdrawal was received and when it will be carried out, with a single-use link to stop it that works until the 48 hours have passed. If the link is used, we neither end the Membership nor refund, and we contact the holder at the registered address; if the holder confirms that the withdrawal was theirs, it takes effect as of its first receipt.
  7. The 48 hours do not shorten the withdrawal period. A withdrawal sent in time remains in time.
  8. We refund all payments made under the agreement, less any amount you pay under paragraph 3, to the payment method used, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal. If no payment was taken, nothing is refunded, and our confirmation says so. If we keep an amount, our confirmation states what you paid, what we keep and for how many days, and what we refund.
  9. A withdrawal we cannot match to a Membership is reviewed by a person. A withdrawal sent in time is effective whichever way it reaches us.

5.6 Price changes

  1. We may change the price of a plan. We notify you by email at least 30 days before the first renewal at the new price. A new price applies only from a renewal. If your next renewal is less than 30 days away, it is charged at the old price, and the new price applies from a later renewal. For a yearly Membership, the renewal reminder states the old and the new price.
  2. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel before that renewal (clause 5.4) and will not be charged it.
  3. For new Memberships, a new price applies from the date we set; until then, checkout and the Pricing Page show the old price.

5.7 Failed payments

  1. If a payment fails, Stripe retries it over 14 days, and the paid features remain available. We notify you by email of the first failed attempt, stating the date on which the paid features end if the payment is not made, and once more before that date. If the payment is not made by then, the Membership ends and the Account moves to the free plan.
  2. If your bank requires you to confirm a payment, we send you a link to do so by email.

5.8 Birthday discount

  1. While the birthday programme is active, a member who has consented to our marketing email may receive on their birthday (on 28 February, for a birthday on 29 February in a year without that date) a discount code for a Membership. The email states the discount and how long the code is valid.
  2. The code is personal and non-transferable, is issued at most once a year per member, expires at the end of the stated period and cannot be exchanged for money or anything else.
  3. You can stop these emails by withdrawing your consent to marketing email (section 5 of the Privacy Policy).

5.9 Welcome discount and founding members

  1. While the offer runs, you can request a personal welcome code on the Website by entering your email address. We send the code and one reminder before it expires. Requesting a code does not subscribe you to the newsletter.
  2. The code gives the percentage discount shown in the offer when you request it, on the first billing period (the first year, or the first month) of a first Plus or Pro Membership on an Account that has never had a paid subscription. It does not apply to additional destinations. After the first period, the Membership renews at the full price shown at checkout.
  3. One code is issued per email address. Each code can be used once, within the number of days shown in the offer and stated, with the expiry date, in the email. It cannot be combined with another discount, exchanged for money, sold or published.
  4. We may change the percentage and the validity for codes sent later. A code already sent keeps the percentage and expiry date it was sent with.
  5. The offer and the email with a founding code state the number of founding places. That number of Memberships started with a welcome code become founding Memberships, in the order in which the Memberships start. A founding member receives a number, shown in the purchase confirmation and in the Account settings; it confers no other benefit and is never given to anyone else. We may change the number of founding places while the offer runs, but never to fewer than the places already given plus the valid, unused founding codes already sent. If no place is left when you start, the code still gives its full discount.
  6. If you withdraw (clause 5.5), the refund is calculated on the amount actually paid; the code counts as used and is not replaced.
  7. We may end the offer at any time. A code already sent remains valid until the date in its email, as long as Memberships can be purchased on the Website.

5.10 Partner and personal codes

  1. Besides welcome and birthday codes, we issue partner codes, which Partners share with their audience, and personal codes, which we create for one person.
  2. We pay Partners for the Memberships taken out through their code or their link. A Partner's recommendation of the Service is therefore advertising, and our agreement with each Partner requires them to label it as such. This does not affect your price.
  3. A code is entered at checkout or applied by opening a link that carries it. Before payment, checkout shows the discount, the number of payments it covers, and the amounts due today and after the discount ends. If a code does not apply, checkout says so.
  4. Some partner codes give no discount and only identify the Partner; checkout says so before payment. A Partner's link (an address ending in ?ref= and the Partner's name) gives no discount. Clause 3.10 of the Privacy Policy describes what we record.
  5. The conditions of each code are set when the code is created and are not changed afterwards: the percentage (at most 50%); the eligible plans (Plus, Pro or both, never additional destinations); the duration of the discount (the first payment only, or a stated number of first monthly payments, in which case the code applies to monthly billing only); whether it is limited to a first Membership; and any limit on the total number of uses and any end date.
  6. One code applies per purchase; a partner or personal code cannot be combined with any other code. A personal code can be used once and may be restricted to one email address. Codes cannot be exchanged for money or sold, and a personal code may not be passed on or published.
  7. We may deactivate a code or end a partner campaign at any time. A discount already applied to a Membership continues for all payments it covers.
  8. While a code's discount is running, the plan cannot be changed on the plan-change page; we make the change on request (clause 5.4).
  9. If you withdraw (clause 5.5), the refund is calculated on the amount actually paid; a personal code used for that Membership counts as used and is not replaced.

6. Consumers in different countries

  1. A Membership can also be purchased from other countries, including the United Kingdom. Nothing in these Terms excludes a protection given to a Consumer by the law of their country that cannot be derogated from by agreement.

6.1 Consumers in the European Union and the EEA

  1. In addition to Polish law, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of your habitual residence apply to this agreement, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country (clause 14.3).
  2. The pre-contractual information is shown at checkout (clauses 5.2 and 5.3) and repeated by email after the purchase, which confirms it on a durable medium.
  3. The Service is a digital service, and we are liable for its conformity with the agreement. If it does not conform, you have the remedies provided by the law of your country, in particular to have the Service brought into conformity, to a price reduction or to terminate the agreement. Section 11 does not limit those remedies. Complaints are handled under clause 14.1.

6.2 Customers in the United States

  1. We have no company, office or representative in the United States.
  2. Before payment, the checkout screen discloses the automatic renewal terms next to the payment button (clause 5.3). You give express consent to the recurring charge by a separate action, receive an acknowledgement by email and can cancel online (clause 5.4). For a yearly Membership, the renewal reminder is sent 45 to 30 days before the charge.
  3. The welcome discount (clause 5.9) and partner and personal codes that give a discount (clause 5.10) are introductory prices. Checkout shows what you pay today, the full price at renewal and the date from which the full price applies. If the discount lasts longer than 31 days (a yearly plan, or a code covering two or more monthly payments), we email you 21 to 3 days before the first full-price payment, stating that price and how to cancel. A one-month discount on a monthly plan receives no separate notice.
  4. These Terms contain no arbitration clause and no class-action waiver. The choice of Polish law does not deprive you of the protection of the law of your state that cannot be derogated from by agreement, or of the right to bring a claim where that law allows.

7. Acceptable use

  1. The Service is for your personal use. You may not: (a) scrape, crawl or extract Deals by automated means; (b) republish, resell or redistribute Deals, in whole or in substantial part, including in group chats, channels, newsletters or other services; (c) share your Account or pass alerts on so that others benefit from a plan they have not paid for; (d) reverse-engineer the software of the Service or attempt to derive the method by which Deals are selected; (e) interfere with the Service or access data that is not yours; (f) use the Service unlawfully, provide unlawful content through it or infringe the rights of others; (g) remove or alter our branding, or present Deals as your own.
  2. Telling another person about a specific Deal is permitted; systematic redistribution is not.
  3. Security vulnerabilities may be reported to support@aereclub.com. We will not pursue a person who reports a vulnerability to us first, allows us a reasonable time to fix it before disclosing it, and does not access, alter or retain other people's data.

8. Intellectual property

  1. The Website, the Deal data, the software, the texts, the design and the Aeré Club name and signs belong to us or our licensors. A Membership grants personal, non-transferable access to the Service for its duration and no other licence.
  2. We may use feedback and suggestions you send us free of charge.

9. Availability and changes to the Service

  1. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and offer no service level on any plan. The Service may be interrupted for maintenance; we keep planned interruptions as short as practicable.
  2. We may change, add or remove functions. If a change materially reduces a paid plan, we notify you before it takes effect, and you may cancel and receive a refund of the unused part of the paid period.

10. Termination

  1. Cancelling a Membership stops its renewal and keeps the Account (clause 5.4). Deleting the Account ends the agreement with immediate effect.
  2. You can delete the Account at any time in the Account settings. Confirmation requires entering your email address and a sign-in within the last 10 minutes. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
  3. When the Account is deleted, a Membership ends without a refund for the rest of the period, except that: (a) within the withdrawal period, the deletion page lets you withdraw and delete, with the refund under clause 5.5(8); (b) a Consumer in France whose renewal reminder did not arrive on time receives a refund of the unused part of the period (clause 5.3); (c) deleting the Account does not remove a refund due under section 9(2) or section 12, which you receive on request to support@aereclub.com.
  4. We may suspend or close an Account for a breach of these Terms, in particular of section 7, or where the law requires it. Except for a serious breach, or where the law requires immediate action, we first tell you the problem and give you a reasonable opportunity to remedy it. If we close an Account for a reason other than your breach, we refund the unused part of the paid period.
  5. After deletion or closure, data is deleted as described in section 8 of the Privacy Policy, which also lists the records that are kept longer.

11. Liability

  1. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for intentional damage, for fraud and for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or the statutory rights of Consumers.
  2. We are not a party to contracts with airlines or booking sites and are not liable for their performance (clause 2.2). We do not guarantee the availability or price of Deals, or that the Service will produce savings (clause 2.1).
  3. Our liability to Consumers is governed by the applicable law and is not limited by these Terms.
  4. Our total liability to a Business Customer for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the fees it paid us in that period, and we are not liable to a Business Customer for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or lost savings.

12. Changes to these Terms

  1. We may change these Terms for important reasons, in particular: (a) a change in the law, or a court judgment or decision of an authority, affecting the Service; (b) a change in the scope or functions of the Service or in the plans; (c) a change in our payment, technical or security arrangements; (d) a need to clarify the text or correct errors. Price changes are governed by clause 5.6.
  2. Each version of these Terms is dated, and the current version is published at aereclub.com/terms.
  3. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we notify you by email and ask you to accept the new version before you continue to use the Account. Editorial corrections do not require acceptance.
  4. If you do not accept a new version, you may close the Account, and we refund the unused part of the paid period.
  5. We record which version you accepted and when (clause 3.2 of the Privacy Policy).

13. Documents and language

  1. The Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy form part of these Terms. On data protection, the policies prevail; on all other matters, these Terms prevail. These Terms, the policies and the Pricing Page are the entire agreement about the Service.
  2. These Terms are drawn up in English and in Polish. For a Consumer habitually resident in Poland, the Polish version is binding. In all other cases the English version is binding, and the other language versions are translations. If a translation differs from the binding version, the binding version prevails. This does not deprive a Consumer of the protection of the mandatory law of their country or of the right to rely on the translation shown to them. Each translation repeats this rule in its final section.

14. Complaints, disputes and governing law

14.1 Complaints

  1. Complaints about the Service may be sent to support@aereclub.com, describing the problem and what you request.
  2. We respond within 14 days of receipt. If we do not respond to a Consumer's complaint within that period, the complaint is deemed accepted.

14.2 Out-of-court dispute resolution

  1. The European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform closed in July 2025.
  2. The body competent for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes with us is the Mazowiecki Wojewódzki Inspektor Inspekcji Handlowej, ul. Sienkiewicza 3, 00-015 Warszawa, Poland, ih_warszawa@wiih.org.pl, an entity entitled under the Polish Act of 23 September 2016 on out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes and entered in the register kept by the President of the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK). The procedure is conducted in Polish. Any Consumer may apply to it.
  3. A Consumer in Poland may also obtain free assistance from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) or apply to the permanent consumer arbitration court at the Trade Inspection. A Consumer elsewhere in the EU may contact their national consumer authority and, for a cross-border dispute, the European Consumer Centre in their country (in France, the European Consumer Centre France). A Consumer in the United States may complain to their state attorney general or consumer protection office.
  4. We are not obliged to take part in proceedings before a consumer dispute resolution body and have not joined any such scheme. For a Consumer in Germany, the competent body would be the Allgemeine Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle des Zentrums für Schlichtung e.V., Straßburger Straße 8, 77694 Kehl, Germany, www.verbraucher-schlichter.de. If you refer a dispute to the body named in paragraph 2, or to a recognised body in your country, and tell us which, we will take part in its procedure. If a dispute cannot be settled between us, we will tell you in text form which body is competent.

14.3 Governing law and jurisdiction

  1. These Terms and the agreements concluded under them are governed by Polish law.
  2. If you are a Consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country (in the United States, the state) of your habitual residence. You may bring proceedings before the courts of that place, and we may bring proceedings against you only there.
  3. Disputes with a Business Customer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Warsaw, Poland.

15. Final provisions

  1. If a provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions remain in force.
  2. A failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
  3. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms to another person. We may transfer ours in connection with a sale or reorganisation of the business; this does not reduce your rights.

16. Contact

  1. Support, complaints and formal notices: support@aereclub.com. Data protection: privacy@aereclub.com. General enquiries: info@aereclub.com. All three addresses reach the same monitored mailbox.
  2. Our postal address is in clause 1.1.
