flyElite

FAQ

Everything you need to know before you fly.

How does flyElite find deals?

A scheduled pipeline scans two independent flight-data providers around the clock, validates the promising fares, and publishes only what survives. You never trigger a search yourself — you set your preferences once, and the system hunts on your behalf.

What's the difference between Free, Plus, and Pro?

Free is a demo: a nationwide showcase of published deals, delayed and without personal preferences. Plus tracks one home airport with instant alerts the moment a deal is published. Pro tracks two home airports plus one destination over a chosen month range, with extra destinations available as add-ons.

Why can't I change my home airport or destination right away?

Each change re-targets what the pipeline scans, and stable routes build a better price history for spotting real deals. After you change a home airport or tracked destination, that slot locks for 30 days — with a 24-hour grace window right after the change to fix a mistake.

Which cabins does flyElite cover?

Business and first class only. We don't track economy fares.

Where does the flight data come from?

Two independent flight-data providers, cross-checked against each other for accuracy. No personal data ever leaves the app to trigger a search — the pipeline runs on its own schedule, not on your actions.

How does billing work?

Subscriptions are handled securely through Stripe, and you can cancel anytime from your account.
